![]() Normally at adidas Runtastic, new functionalities are rarely tested with internal employees, as it can lead to biased feedback and thus skew results. These were 7 female and 6 male participants aged between 18 and 65 years from more than 5 different countries. ![]() A total of 13 people participated in this study, including 4 adidas Runtastic employees, 5 new users and 4 external active users. The prototype covers different scenarios about the new onboarding process, training plan overview and weekday selection screen. The test consists of 8 tasks for a sixpack training plan. To test the usability and user experience of the new screens, an unmoderated usability test, with an example training plan onboarding and active training week flow, was created with the tool UserZoom GO.
